Ingredients
40 g rolled oats
170 g YoPRO vanilla yoghurt
20 g vanilla protein powder
80 ml unsweetened almond milk
10 g chia seeds
16 g Biscoff spread
Method
In a bowl or jar combine rolled oats, yoghurt, protein powder, almond milk, and chia seeds.
Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, slightly warm the Biscoff spread so it drizzles easily.
Pour the Biscoff over the oats and enjoy.
Muscle-Her Tip
For a thicker, cheesecake-like texture, slightly reduce the almond milk. The oats and chia seeds will absorb the liquid overnight and create a rich, creamy consistency.
Lower-Calorie Option
Swap the almond milk for water to slightly reduce calories while still allowing the oats and chia seeds to soften and absorb liquid overnight.
