Because nourishment is not punishment .. it’s power
Ingredients
40 g rolled oats
170 g YoPRO vanilla yoghurt
20 g vanilla protein powder
80 ml unsweetened almond milk
10 g chia seeds
60 g fresh strawberries, diced
10 g light cream cheese
10 ml sugar-free maple syrup
Method
In a bowl or jar combine rolled oats, yoghurt, protein powder, almond milk, and chia seeds.
Stir through light cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
Fold through half of the strawberries.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or minimum 4 hours).
In the morning, top with the remaining strawberries and drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup.
Muscle-Her Tip
If you prefer a thicker cheesecake texture, slightly reduce the almond milk. The oats and chia seeds will absorb the liquid overnight and create a rich, creamy consistency.
Lower-Calorie Option
Swap the almond milk for water to reduce calories while still allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb liquid and soften overnight.
