Because nourishment is not punishment .. it’s power

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats

  • 170 g YoPRO vanilla yoghurt

  • 20 g vanilla protein powder

  • 80 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 10 g chia seeds

  • 60 g fresh strawberries, diced

  • 10 g light cream cheese

  • 10 ml sugar-free maple syrup

Method

  1. In a bowl or jar combine rolled oats, yoghurt, protein powder, almond milk, and chia seeds.

  2. Stir through light cream cheese until smooth and well combined.

  3. Fold through half of the strawberries.

  4. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or minimum 4 hours).

  5. In the morning, top with the remaining strawberries and drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup.

Muscle-Her Tip

If you prefer a thicker cheesecake texture, slightly reduce the almond milk. The oats and chia seeds will absorb the liquid overnight and create a rich, creamy consistency.

Lower-Calorie Option

Swap the almond milk for water to reduce calories while still allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb liquid and soften overnight.
