    You can choose between two options: personalized nutritional guidance and training programs, or go a step further with custom meal plans that emphasize self-dedication and self-love. This program provides a supportive space for women to unlock their highest potential & step into their power.

    This is for the woman who is ready to transform her body while learning to nourishing her mind and soul.

  • This program is tailored just for you! Whether you train at a commercial gym or prefer the comfort of home, we'll structure your plan to fit your available equipment and ensure you achieve the results you desire.

    Access to a gym offers more variety, but all you really need to start at home is 2-3 sets of dumbbells, booty bands, and maybe a step-up. Don’t worry—no matter your equipment, we’ll make sure you get the results you want.

  • Workout Sessions

    • The number and duration of sessions will be determined after our onboarding call, where we’ll discuss your available time and training frequency.

    • Typically we aim for 2-4 sessions per week, at 45-60 minutes. Or 3-5 sessions at 30-45 minutes

    Nutrition Planning

    • This will also be addressed during our onboarding call and in regular check-ins, as each woman’s nutrition and schedule are unique

    • We’ll cover simple, nourishing nutrition tips and tricks. Typically Dedicating 1-3 hours a week to meal prep is the most efficient way to stay on track.

    Check Ins

    • Weekly virtual check-ins will take 10-15 minutes, ideally on Sunday night or early Monday morning.

    • Please allow 20 minutes for reviewing check-ins and provided feedbacks.

    • Fortnightly Zoom Calls Typically Run For 45 minutes
