Meal Preparation
The duration of time needed will be determined after our onboarding call, where we’ll discuss your available time and how best to structure Meal Prep and planning.
On average, you’ll need about 2-4 hours per week for nutrition preparation. This includes a weekly grocery shopping trip, which typically takes around 1-1.5 hours. Meal prepping can be done once or twice a week, depending on your schedule and how fresh you'd like your meals to be. (Usually With a bit of planning, hours) these tasks may take a little longer at the start but soon will become a smooth and efficient part of your routine!
Check Ins
Weekly virtual check-ins will take 10-15 minutes, ideally on Sunday night or early Monday morning.
Please allow 20 minutes for reviewing check-ins and provided feedbacks.
Fortnightly Zoom Calls Typically Run For 45 minutes
