Workout Sessions
The number and duration of sessions will be determined after our onboarding call, where we’ll discuss your available time and training frequency.
Typically we aim for 2-4 sessions per week, at 45-60 minutes. Or 3-5 sessions at 30-45 minutes
If you're a busy mom or a powerhouse boss who doesn’t have 45-60 minutes to spare, don’t worry! We can still make it work with 25-30 minute sessions, 3-5 times a week, and you'll still see amazing results
Check Ins
Weekly virtual check-ins will take 10-15 minutes, ideally on Sunday night or early Monday morning.
Please allow 20 minutes for reviewing check-ins and provided feedbacks.
